I’ve had the pleasure to work with Mattias for almost two years now as his colleague and coach in technical documentation. Mattias possesses a rare skill set, balancing domain knowledge of financial instruments and methods with technical communication skills of methods and tools. He is a quick and eager learner who’s not afraid to tackle new methods or unknown topics. With his methodical approach, he creates and maintains effective documentation efficiently. He’s a team player who takes responsibility beyond his own tasks and deliverables: As chair of the corporate style guide workgroup, Mattias has been instrumental in advancing our standards and the documentation network as a whole. He’s a likable, reliable colleague and is a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mattias at SimCorp. In the time that I have worked with him, Mattias has proven his ability to gather information systematically in a volatile development environment and communicate it clearly and concisely to his audience. Not only does Mattias create excellent quality documentation, he also contributes eagerly for the betterment of the documentation team by driving internal projects such as the style guide group. He is a quick learner with a critical eye for detail. I enjoy working with Mattias, and highly recommend him.
